We provide a full range of land registration services for future construction objects as well as services of designing and approval of project documentation and issuing construction work permissions.
Attraction of investments
Implementation of large-scale projects only by using our own funds is not always possible. In these cases attraction of financing is the best solution. We work with banks, investment funds, private and foreign investors as well as with different types of financing: investment lending and project financing.
Construction
We provide high level construction carried out by qualified personnel. Quality and timeliness are provided by reliable contractors as well as our own production base of construction materials.
Service
After completion of construction works and commissioning of completed construction, an after-sales service can be arranged. We provide a wide range of after-sales service from scheduled work for commercial buildings to a full range of services for residential buildings, up to a hotel level service.
